[EF#21 Weekly Challenge] Ragunan Zoo

di kebun binatang

When I was a child, My uncle often took me to Ragunan Zoo. I also had several times took Syaikhan to the place. I also plan to take Sabiq to the same place.

Ragunan Zoo could become a place that can give educations for the visitors. It been home to more than 2,000 animals and more than 50,000 trees. It seems to fit as Sabiq place to get to know a variety of flora and fauna there.

Easy access and low cost are two major determinants why I often visited Ragunan Zoo.

From home, I could use public transportation to Ragunan Zoo. First, I use TransJakarta from Medika Permata Hijau Hospital Shelter at a cost of Rp. 3500. I get off at the stop before the Lebak Bulus Terminal. I connect with Kopaja AC and dropped off right at the front gate Ragunan Zoo by paying Rp. 6000.

To enter the Ragunan Zoo, I pay the entrance fee of Rp. 4000. In Ragunan Zoo, there is Schmutzer Primate Center. To get into it there is an additional fee of Rp. 7,500.

To fill the stomach when hungry after walkingh on an area of 147 acres, I eat chicken noodles and coconut ice that sold in several stalls in Ragunan Zoo. Estimated costs about Rp. 25,000. In addition to the menu, there are other menu options that can be choose.

To return to the home, using the same transport, the amount of expenses incurred is also the same.

Thus, the total cost to visit Ragunan Zoo is as follows:

Transportation :
TransJakarta 2 x Rp. 3.500
Kopaja AC 2 x Rp. 6.000
Rp. 19.000
Tickets :
Zoo Ticket Rp. 4,000
Schmutzer Ticket Rp. 7.500
Rp. 11.500
Chicken Noodle + Coconut Ice Rp. 25.000
Total Rp. 55.500
